    About this recipe: A simple, yet delicious vegetable side dish, made by sauteing cabbage and portabello mushrooms together. Serve for lunch or dinner, with whatever you fancy.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1/2 tablespoon margarine
    • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1/2 medium head cabbage, thickly sliced
    • 2 portabello mushroom caps, thickly sliced
    • 2 pinches sea salt or to taste
    • ground black pepper to taste
    • garlic granules to taste

    1. Melt the margarine with the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the cabbage in the margarine until soft, about 5 minutes; season with salt, pepper and garlic granules. Add the mushrooms; continue cooking, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are tender.
