Place the bratwurst sausages, potatoes, onion, green beans, red pepper, Cheddar cheese, mushroom soup and water into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on medium for 3 hours or until potatoes are fork-tender.
This was yummy!! My fussy children even ate it. THANKYOU! However, I would increase the cooking time to approx. 6 hours...or par boil the potatoes first as they were still quite hard after the 3 hours recommended. - 14 Sep 2010
