Pomegranate cosmopolitan

    A new twist on the traditional Cosmopolitan, that's perfect for sipping on during the summer months. Citron vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice and lemon juice are shaken with ice, then served in a chilled martini glass.

    • 4 tablespoons citron vodka
    • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
    • 4 tablespoons pomegranate juice
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    1. Pour the vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.

    Yummy!!! I'm enjoying one right now and it's awesome. I do like my Cosmo's a bit more sour so the pomegranate and lemon combo is just perfect.
