This is a light and refreshing salad that's crunchy, sweet and tangy. Thinly sliced cucumber is tossed with fresh dill, ripe avocado and red onion. Perfect as a side dish.
This salad is very good. After I chopped the avocado, I soaked it in lemon juice for 5 minutes, then added to the salad, as I knew I wouldn't eat all the salad in one day.
