A delicious way to make use of pumpkin. Chunks of pumpkin are tossed in seasoned flour, then pan-fried until golden in butter. It's the perfect side dish to any meal.
Sugar pumpkins look like miniature versions of the large orange pumpkins you see around Halloween. They are smaller, sweeter and have more flavour than their larger counterparts.
I don't know what sort of pumpkin I bought but it was torture to clean and cut it. However, the finished product was good; sweet and savoury at the same time.
