About this recipe: A super-delicious dip that can also be used as a sandwich filler. Mashed avocados are mixed with hot sauce, black olives, soured cream, prawns and salt. It's creamy and totally scrummy!

Serves: 20 

  • 4 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 350ml hot pepper sauce
  • 65g chopped black olives
  • 225ml soured cream
  • 65g cooked small prawns, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Prep:20min  ›  Extra time:2hr chilling  ›  Ready in:2hr20min 

  1. Whisk together the avocado, hot pepper sauce, olives, soured cream and prawns. Season to taste with seasoned salt.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours; stir to mix well before serving.
