Easy Chicken and Vegetable Soup

    The perfect soup for the cold winter months. This is a delicious soup that takes 20 minutes to cook. It's packed full of vegetables and chunks of chicken. Enjoy with crusty fresh bread.

    Serves: 6 

    • 285g frozen baby carrots
    • 250g frozen green beans
    • 4 tablespoons water
    • 2 (295g) tins cream of chicken condensed soup
    • 475ml milk
    • 150g cubed, cooked chicken meat
    • 35g chopped spring onions

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:20min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Combine carrots, beans and water in saucepan. Cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes.
    2. Mix in chicken soup, milk and chicken. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Garnish individual servings with spring onions.
