About this recipe:
Very, very easy! Chicken with soy sauce and Worcestershire. My mum used to make it so often that we gave it this name. It's the easiest weeknight meal when served with rice and peas.
4 chicken breasts, skin on and bone in
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4.
- Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Pour the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over them. Cover with a lid or aluminium foil.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the juices run clear.
