Peanut power balls

    A quick and easy snack recipe, which is packed full of protein and energy. Peanut butter is mixed with milk powder, honey and chocolate chips. They are the perfect snack for on the go.

    • 260g peanut butter
    • 60g milk powder
    • 4 tablespoons honey
    • 85g chocolate chips (optional)

    1. Stir the peanut butter, milk powder, honey and chocolate chips together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Scoop up about 1 1/2 tablespoon of mixture per serving and shape into round balls. Arrange on a plate. Store in freezer until set, about 30 minutes.
