Makes a fantastic breakfast for when I'm in a rush. I only had 1 loaf tin so just poured it all in that and cooked for an hour and a half, was fantastic yum. Next time might add more pecans. - 21 Sep 2011
This cake was awesome, I made it yesterday and we've nearly finished the first loaf already. The sponge is so light and soft - it's the first time anything less than leaden has come out of my loaf tins! - 12 Nov 2010
