Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Place pita bread on a small baking tray. Cover with pizza sauce. Layer with cooked ham and pineapple chunks. Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
