About this recipe: A simple and delicious milkshake, which is perfect for pumpkin lovers. Pureed pumpkin is frozen, then blended with milk, brown sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy as a drink, dessert or snack.

Serves: 4 

  • 450g pumpkin puree
  • 475ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:1day freezing  ›  Ready in:1day5min 

  1. Place the pumpkin puree in a freezer bag; store in freezer for at least 24 hours.
  2. Heat the bag of pumpkin puree in the microwave on HIGH to soften, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the milk into a liquidiser. Add the dark brown soft sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin puree; blend until smooth.
