    About this recipe: This is a quick and easy sauce made by mixing together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, passata and whisky. It's fantastic with crayfish, prawns or any other shellfish. If you're feeling adventurous, add a touch of hot pepper sauce.

    Serves: 4 

    • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
    • 2 teaspoons passata
    • 1 tablespoon whisky

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, passata and whisky until blended. Refrigerate until using. This dressing is great served with prawn salads!
