Brazilian lime and vodka
This alcoholic drink is refreshing and tart - it's not to be missed by vodka lovers. Vodka is poured over crushed ice with lime juice and sugar. Enjoy this summer drink anytime of the year.

- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 2 cubes ice, crushed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar

- Put crushed ice in a tall glass. Pour in the vodka. Add lime juice and sugar to taste. If it is too strong, simply dilute with water.

It is very refreshing, just make it sweet, or you can use CACHACA istead of the vodka, I'm from Sao Paulo,Brazil, this drink is getting very popular here as well, it is not hard to find CACHACA, some popular brands PITU, 51 Velho Barreiro are very good.
