About this recipe: This is a great tasting sugar-free pumpkin pie, which is also quick and easy to make. Enjoy for dessert with whipped cream, if desired.


Serves: 8 

  • 1 (23cm) shortcrust pastry case
  • 250g pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 250ml milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 sachets granulated artificial sweetener

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Beat egg, sugar substitute and spices until fluffy. Add milk and pumpkin puree; mix well.
  2. Pour into unbaked pastry case. Bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 30 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
