Pat dry the prawns and crab/seafood sticks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside for 15 minutes.
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes or until al-dente. Drain and toss with 1 dessertspoon olive oil.
Heat a large frying pan with 1 tablespoon oil over high heat. Stir-fry the garlic and shallots until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Add the onions and stir-fry with 1/2 teaspoon salt until soft, 3-4 minutes.
Add the prawns and crab/seafood sticks, stir. Add the wine, cover and simmer for 1 minute.
Meanwhile, mix together the steamed milk with plain flour to form a smooth paste. Add to the seafood mixture and stir until thickened, season to taste. Pour over the pasta. Serve.
