A protein-rich, Chinese stir-fry dish. Prawns are cooked with seafood sticks and cubed tofu, in a rich tomato-based sauce. Enjoy with a bowl of freshly cooked white rice.
Black soy sauce can be purchased in Chinese/Oriental speciality stores.
If you like thicker sauce, add a little bit of cornflour mixed with water towards the end.
