    Serves: 24 

    • 225g (8 oz) chopped fresh root ginger
    • 4 tablespoons distilled cider vinegar

    Method

    1. Put ginger in a blender or food processor, and add vinegar till desired consistency is reached. Process until smooth, about 2 minutes.
