About this recipe:A delicious cake with a great nutty flavour that's really quick to make. The mineral water makes it extra fluffy. You can also sprinkle the cake with icing sugar or cover it with chocolate, but that's not absolutely necessary.
380g caster sugar
125g drinking chocolate powder
250g ground hazelnuts
1 sachet baking powder
240ml mineral water

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, then add the drinking chocolate powder. Stir in the nuts.
Mix the flour and baking powder and mix with the mineral water and oil. It will look like a soup but that's normal!
Grease a round or tube cake tin with butter and preheat the oven to about 200 C / Gas 6.
Bake cake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Do a skewer test to ensure cake is done before removing from oven.
