Cut the papaya in half and scrape out seeds with a spoon. Peel the papaya and chop the flesh coarsely. Puree in blender with the carrot juice.
Cut the passion fruits half and strain the pulp through a sieve so that the seeds are left behind.
Add the passion fruit juice and wheatgerm to the papaya-carrot mixture. Mix everything and pour immediately over ice cubes in glasses.
