    About this recipe: You can serve this raspberry sauce cold or hot. Warm with vanilla ice cream, it's a real hit, and it also tastes delicious on waffles or pancakes. You can use frozen raspberries if raspberries aren't in season.

    • 250g raspberries
    • 50g icing sugar or sugar
    • 20ml Cointreau

    1. Puree all ingredients in a blender, pass through a sieve and cool.
