Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to packet instructions until al dente and drain.
Melt butter over low heat and mix in the flour slowly and stir until smooth. Add the milk while stirring constantly. Next, add the salmon and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste and add cream to taste.
Drain spaghetti well put into a warm bowl. Put the sauce over the pasta and toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dill and serve immediately.
This is a great way to use tinned red salmon, which is typically cheaper than fresh.
