This is what I call an open toasted sandwich with ham, pineapple and lots of melted cheese. As a student, I used to eat it at least three times a week. Funny that I still get cravings for it. So, here's the recipe.

2 slices pineapple from a tin
2 slices Edam cheese

Toast the bread and butter while still warm.
Lay a slice of ham, pineapple and cheese on each piece of bread.
Place under the grill until the cheese starts to bubble and is slightly browned. Careful when biting into it, the cheese is really hot!
