Banana blitz smoothie

    I wanted a smoothie recipe that had everyday ingredients in, and these were the things I had at the ready. Stir in a couple of teaspoonsful of caster sugar to make it even sweeter. 222 calories per serving.

    • 20ml honey
    • 5ml vanilla extract

    1. Stick everything in the blender and blend it all together.

    This is such a simple smoothie to make, I little bit on the thin side so I added a few ice cubes. Over all a nice smoothie just that little bit too sweet, next time I will cut down on the amount of honey.  -  03 Sep 2012
