Chicken with mange tout

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 chicken breast fillets
    • light soy sauce, sesame oil, cornflour for seasoning
    • 113g mange tout
    • 1 carrot
    • 2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon minced garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
    • 1/2 jar Wing Yip® Oyster Flavoured sauce

    1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and season in a little light soy sauce, sesame oil and cornflour.
    2. Clean mange tout and cut carrots into half and then into thin diagonal slices.
    3. Heat oil in a wok and fry minced garlic and ginger. Do not allow to burn.
    4. Add chicken and turn up heat to seal and cook chicken.
    5. When chicken is cooked, add mange tout, carrot slices and half a jar of Wing Yip Oyster Flavoured sauce.
    6. Cook for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
