Fruity smoothie

    A fruity combination of ingredients served chilled in a tall glass. Serve with a chopped strawberry on a cocktail stick.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 10 strawberries
    • 2 pineapple rings
    • 1 pear
    • 1 peach
    • 150ml (1/4pt) milk

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:10min chilling  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
    2. Put through a sieve to remove all the bits.
    3. Put in fridge for 10 minutes to chill.
    4. Serve it up!
