A simple, yet delicious Chinese-inspired noodle dish. Egg noodles are tossed in a delectable dressing, made from sesame oil, garlic, peanut butter, chilli, sesame seeds, light soy sauce, lime juice and fresh coriander. Serve hot or cold.
Didn't have any coriander but still tasted great. - 06 Nov 2016
Smashing surprise dish. I was quite apprehensive when making this dish, as I have never tried corriander in chinese kitchen before. My concern was that corriander ( which I like a lot) may overpower other ingridients. It turned out to be perfect marriage. You still had typical chinese saltiness, sweetness and hotness, perfectly balanced with freshness. I also was worried the portion was not very substantial -no meat, not much veg, but again it was more filling than I thought it would be, and not too heavy. Sounds like great option for those who count calories without compromise of taste. The only thing I did alter was garlic amount, which I tripled. - 31 Aug 2016
