100g chopped spring onions
1 (295g) tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (295g) tin condensed cream of celery soup
1 (340g) tin sweetcorn, drained
450g cooked prawns
milk, as needed

In a stock pot, slowly melt cream cheese and butter over low heat. Add spring onions and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in mushroom soup, celery soup and sweetcorn. Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in milk to desired consistency. Begin with 125ml of milk and add more if needed. Soup will be thick. Add prawns and heat thoroughly.
