    About this recipe: Frozen strawberries and bananas are blended with yoghurt and milk in this easy and delicious smoothie.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 small bananas, broken into chunks
    • 150g (5 oz) frozen strawberries
    • 225g (8 oz) low fat vanilla yoghurt
    • 175ml (6 fl oz) semi skimmed milk

    1. In a blender, combine bananas, frozen strawberries, yoghurt and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
