Ingredients
Serves: 6
1 tablespoon oil
80g chopped onion
65g chopped celery
1 (400g) tin clam chowder
2 (295g) tins condensed cream of celery soup
1 (280g) tin baby clams, drained
1 litre single cream
Method Prep:5min › Cook:15min › Ready in:20min
In large pan, saute onion and celery in oil. Add clam chowder, cream of celery soup, clams and single cream. Allow to heat through without boiling.
