About this recipe: This soup takes 20 minutes to make. It's simple, creamy, delicious and packed full of clams. Enjoy as a starter, for lunch or dinner. Serve with crusty fresh bread.


Serves: 6 

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 80g chopped onion
  • 65g chopped celery
  • 1 (400g) tin clam chowder
  • 2 (295g) tins condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (280g) tin baby clams, drained
  • 1 litre single cream

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. In large pan, saute onion and celery in oil. Add clam chowder, cream of celery soup, clams and single cream. Allow to heat through without boiling.
