Quick and Easy Clam Chowder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 80g chopped onion
- 65g chopped celery
- 1 (400g) tin clam chowder
- 2 (295g) tins condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 (280g) tin baby clams, drained
- 1 litre single cream
Prep:5min › Cook:15min › Ready in:20min
- In large pan, saute onion and celery in oil. Add clam chowder, cream of celery soup, clams and single cream. Allow to heat through without boiling.
