- 275g (10 oz) smoked salmon, diced
- 6 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- handful chopped spring onion
- sea salt to taste
- dried crushed chillies to taste
Directions

- In a medium bowl, stir together the salmon, tomatoes, onion, spring onion, sea salt and cayenne pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
