Hawaiian-Style Smoked Salmon Salad

Smoked salmon, tomato and onion make up this refreshing salad. Sometimes the salmon is salty enough; taste it first before adding any salt.
275g (10 oz) smoked salmon, diced
6 medium tomatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
handful chopped spring onion
sea salt to taste
dried crushed chillies to taste
- In a medium bowl, stir together the salmon, tomatoes, onion, spring onion, sea salt and cayenne pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
