    About this recipe: Smoked salmon, tomato and onion make up this refreshing salad. Sometimes the salmon is salty enough; taste it first before adding any salt.

    Serves: 12 

    • 275g (10 oz) smoked salmon, diced
    • 6 medium tomatoes, diced
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • handful chopped spring onion
    • sea salt to taste
    • dried crushed chillies to taste

    1. In a medium bowl, stir together the salmon, tomatoes, onion, spring onion, sea salt and cayenne pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
