Baked rosemary finger potatoes

    Finger potatoes are so delicious, especially left whole and unpeeled. They make a great alternative to regular roasties, or to boiled potatoes. This is a perfect side to go with game, poultry, beef, pork - almost anything!

    Serves: 4 

    • 1kg finger potatoes, such as Anya, unpeeled
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 fresh rosemary sprig, leaves only
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Add the potatoes in a baking dish. Stir in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the rosemary leaves.
    3. Bake in the oven for at least an hour (one hour and a half if you have time).
