This is an easy peasy stir fry with just a few simple ingredients, making it perfect for a midweek supper. Serve over plain white rice. You may wish to make your own additions, such as chopped spring onion or sesame seeds added at the end. Use a wok if possible, or a large frying pan.
Don't let the lack of ingredients fool you into thinking it lacks in taste......... It is delicious . I have some fussy eaters in our house and everyone loves it .
