This is the easiest chicken curry, which you can make with just a few simple ingredients from your cupboard. Turkey breast can also be used with great results. Add the curry powder to taste, and for a more intense flavour, fry the curry powder and cumin in the oil with the onion for just a minute before adding the chicken.
