Fried eggs with cheese

    Nothing to eat tonight? And why not try some fried eggs? It's quick and delicious, especially when covered with grated cheese! You can use any cheese you like, really - Emmental, Cheddar, Gruyere would all work a treat. Don't forget good bread to mop up the yolks!

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 knob of butter
    • 4 eggs
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 50g grated Comté cheese

    Prep:2min  ›  Cook:3min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
    2. When the butter is hot, crack the eggs over the frying pan. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle the grated Comté over the eggs. Cook for about 3 minutes and serve immediately.
