150ml white wine
100g plain flour
100g grated Gruyere cheese

200g cooked ham, chopped
45 pitted green olives, chopped

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the oil and wine. Mix well. Stir in the flour, cheese, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add the ham and olives.
Butter a loaf tin and dust with flour. Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes. Check with a knife if ready. If the knife comes out clean, then the bread is ready. Remove the bread from the oven when done and carefully remove the bread from the tin as soon as it is out of the oven.
Why not try making mini muffins instead? Bite-size muffins are especially great for a cocktail party. Simply adjust baking time accordingly, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
