    This is a tradition from Normandy in France that is supposed to help digestion. Serve it after the first course.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 500ml apple sorbet
    • 4 tablespoons Calvados or brandy
    • 4 apple slices to serve

    Method

    1. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons apple sorbet to each glass. Drizzle 1 tablespoon Calvados over each portion.
    2. Garnish with an apple slices and serve immediately.
