450g minced beef
75g carrots, grated
75g celery, chopped
75g onion, chopped
750ml chicken stock
325g cooked white rice
250g frozen mixed vegetables
450g Kraft processed cheese slices, unwrapped and chopped
300g ready-made cheese sauce
225ml soured cream
chopped fresh chives, for garnish

Place minced beef in a large, deep frying pan. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Simmer carrots, celery, onion and stock for about 10 minutes or until soft.
Add rice, mixed vegetables, beef, processed cheese, cheese sauce and milk. Simmer until cheese is melted. Do NOT boil.
