This recipe has been enjoyed by our family for years now. A great midweek supper with a baked potato and green veg.
Took Keri's thought and replaced a spoon of soya and some water for port. I'm thinking as a marinade or in a slow crock it might be better but made a good lunch - 14 Dec 2011
