2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed chillies (or to taste)
4 raw tiger prawns (or 10 medium prawns), peeled and deveined
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
50ml dry white wine
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 lemon, juiced
150ml linguine - cooked according to packet instructions and drained

Heat the olive oil in a pan and gently fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes, or until softened.
Add the dried chilli and prawns. Cook until the prawns have just turned pink and are cooked.
Add the tomatoes and wine and cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the herbs and lemon juice.
