Quick and easy vegetarian tomato pasta sauce

    A yummy tomato pasta sauce that can be served with any pasta. Serves two, but can easily be adjusted.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 large onion, diced
    • olive oil
    • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
    • 1/2 red pepper (optional)
    • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
    • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons salt

    1. Put onions into a medium sized frying pan, with olive oil, and cook on medium to high heat until softened.
    2. Next, add chopped tomatoes and red pepper if desired, and cook for a further few minutes.
    3. Add spices and cook for a further few minutes, and then (when piping hot) serve with ready cooked pasta. Sit, relax, and enjoy! :)


    Best served with spaghetti. Add spices to taste. Could add meat of choice and can be adjusted to serve more.
