About this recipe:
This delicious snack is high in protein and fibre. Chickpeas are pan-fried in olive oil until nicely browned. Serve warm as party nibbles.
120ml olive oil
2 (400g) tins chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add chickpeas, stir until brown and the oil has been absorbed, about 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
