- 1 tablespoon milk
- 150g butter, softened
- 200g icing sugar
- 70g cooking chocolate

- Melt chocolate and 1 tablespoon milk in the microwave. Heat in 10 second bursts, stirring after each burst until chocolate is smooth and glossy
- Beat the butter until soft, then add icing sugar and chocolate. Continue to beat until smooth. Use immediately or cover and chill until needed.

I've never been that good at buttercream until now. This has a great chocky flavour and is so easy to do. I did use good quality chocolate. keith - 19 May 2013
