Yoghurt sauce with coriander

    This is a fantastic sauce to serve with grilled meat, fish or spicy food. Greek yoghurt is seasoned with lime juice and fresh coriander. It also does well as a dip or spread.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1/2 lime, juiced
    • 1 pinch caster sugar
    • 10 fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
    • 200g Greek-style yoghurt
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Blend together coriander leaves, yoghurt and lime juice. Add sugar and season with salt and pepper. Serve.
