This classic French dessert is quick and easy to make. Vanilla ice cream is served with tinned pears and melted chocolate. Simple and delicious!
Simple but brilliant! Used all the ingredients as specified but kept two pear halves per serving whole, put a smaller scoop of the ice cream in a scooped out centre in each pear half then drizzled the chocolate in a 'chefy' zig-zag across the lot. - 26 Jul 2015
