Foie gras on toasted brioche

    These canapes are perfect for special occasions, such as Christmas. Toasted brioche is topped with foie gras and a sprinkling of sea salt. Simple and delicious!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 1 rectangular brioche, sliced
    • 10g fine sea salt
    • 250g duck foie gras

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Toast brioche with a toaster or under the grill for 2 minutes.
    2. Slice foie gras, dipping the knife in warm water between each slice.
    3. Remove crusts from brioche.
    4. Place a slice of foie gras onto each toasted brioche slice.
    5. Cut each brioche slice into 2 triangles
    6. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
