A delicously simple drink, which will warm the cockles of your heart. Milk is heated with chocolate, then blended in a liquidiser to make it wonderfully frothy.

- 1 litre semi-skimmed milk
- 100g cooking chocolate, chopped into chunks

Ready in:10min
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and chocolate over medium heat. Transfer to a liquidiser and blend for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
