Heat the water, salt and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat and sprinkle in the couscous. Stir well and cover. Set aside for 5 minutes until the couscous has completely absorbed the water. Fluff with a fork. Serve hot.
For presentational purposes, press the couscous into coffee cups and turn out onto a plate.
