This Chinese-inspired pork dish is incredibly easy to make. Marinated pork fillets are braised in a garlic, ginger and honey sauce. It's sweet, sticky and oh-so-good! Serve with freshly cooked rice, if desired.
First time making this, I only marinated for 15 minutes as had no time. As a healthier alternative, I used 3 tablespoons of cold pressed organic coconut oil instead of the vegetable oil and I don't use bags to marinate, just a dish, bags are messy. Totally Yummeee!
