    About this recipe: This lasagne is super-easy to throw together. Lasagne sheets are layered with tuna, tomato sauce, bechamel sauce and grated Parmesan. A fantastic weeknight meal in a jiffy.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 (500g) jar bolognese pasta sauce, such as Dolmio's
    • 1 litre bechamel sauce
    • 250g lasagne sheets
    • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 (400g) tins tuna, drained and flaked

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Mix the tuna and pasta sauce together in a bowl.
    3. In a square baking dish, lay 2 lasagne sheets side by side. Cover with bechamel sauce, then top with the tuna-tomato sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    4. Add another layer of lasagne sheets and repeat as many times as possible. Finish with bechamel sauce and Parmesan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
